The fourth transnational project meeting was hosted by the partner Coming Computer Engineering in Nis, Serbia, and brought together a total of 11 participants.
The main elements discussed during the fourth transnational meeting are regarding the general management of the project where the timesheets were evaluated and the certificates of link between the partners institution were developed. Furthermore, the contracts of time and cost were reviewed for the period September 2020 - December 2020.
Another key component reviewed during the TPM was the actual state of the Intellectual Outputs and the further planning of the development of IOs.

The third transnational project meeting was hosted by the Slovak University of Technology, Faculty of Materials Science and Technology in Trnava, and brought together a total of 8 online participants.
The main elements discussed during the third transnational meeting are regarding the general management of the project where the timesheets were evaluated and the certificates of link between the partners institution were developed. Furthermore, the contracts of time and cost were reviewed for the period September 2019 - September 2020.

The second transnational project meeting was hosted by the Polytechnic University from Timișoara, and brought together a total of 13 participants.
After making the introductions and detailing management information the format and language of the results were discussed, cooperative tools employed, validation of the tasks and issues with staff training, institution communications, etc. Each partner shared their experience in mechatronics and Industry 4.0 implementation, after which the possibilities of project implementation was assessed and various projects thematics for students were proposed.

The first transnational project meeting was hosted by the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, and brought together a total of 14 participants.
The tasks were presented in detail, starting with Information from the Erasmus National Agency, Contracts and annexes and project management information, such as the eligibility of the personnel involved in the project (employment issues) and the collection of activity reports by the coordinator : organization and calendar (worksheets), also the use of mobility tools to generate the premises for the positive achievement of the intellectual results of the project, the role of the leaders of the intellectual results, tools (Dropbox, WhatsApp group, Trello), validation of the distribution of tasks - each partner will present the plan for each activity he has, these topics were part of the first part of the meetings.
